Dated 1879 but altered in 1885. Arts and Crafts style. 2 storeys and attics.
Ground floor painted brick, 1st floor tile-hung. Roughcast attics. Tiled roof.
2 gables containing 2 canted bays supported on brackets through all floors. The
1st floor windows owe their inspiration to Ipswich glazing and have bands of pargetting
between them. Shell moulding over centre of each 1st floor window. Bolection
moulding between 2nd and 1st floors. The doorcase is recessed and is supported
on Tuscan columns. The left side elevation, of 2 storeys, has 3 gables with pargetting
and 3 1st floor canted bays with Ipswich glazing. The ground floor has large
square bays.
