Large detached dwelling. C17 with C18 and C19 remodelling and extension. Rendered
front but rubble to gabled backs, stone slate roof. Simple front to street with
parapet but complex rear including C19 wing, left, and C19 infill to centre. Two
storeys, three plus one windowed: left half sashes with glazing bars and six-panel
door with fanlight, right half three-light sashes with wood mullions. Rear mainly
sashes with glazing bars, stepped voussoirs except right gable, timber lintels.
Interior retains C18 or early C19 shutters and stair, one good panelled room with
bookcases, and heavy C17 roof timbers.
