GV II

Pair of semi-detached estate cottages. Early C19.
Gault brick with black pantile roof. 2 storeys. Symmetrical facade with 2 boarded doors and 2 2-light windows beneath red brick skewback arches with cambered soffits to ground floor. A pair of small single light windows with horizontal glazing bars to centre bay of ground floor. The other windows are of cast iron with small lozenge panes. 3 3-light first floor windows with metal casements and some surviving leaded glazing. Dentil cornice. Gable-end stacks and gables with tumbling in. Continuous outshut to rear beneath a catslide roof.
Particularly well preserved example of many similar estate cottages around The Green.
