Farmhouse. Date stone to left of 1st floor 1st bay window
reads: "IW 1682"; porch bay probably later. Stone with slate
roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays, central porch bay projects under
gable. Windows of 5 lights with double-chamfered mullions
and label moulds, those to 1st bay have ends of labels
removed. Segmental-headed entrance has large lintel
inscribed "SCYTHE STONE DELPH FARM"; 3-light window above.
Right return and rear have windows of 2 and 4 lights with
single chamfered mullions. Entrance to left return.
Interior: One ground floor has chamfered beams with stepped
stops. Original ledged and battered entrance door has
chamfered battens, 3 horizontal and one vertical at hanging
side; strap hinges and latch.
