Seven houses. 1914. By J. Lomax Simpson. Roughcast on brick base, tile-hung first floor and half-hipped tile roof. Two storeys, four bays, right return of five bays, left return of four bays. Central bays break forward under gables, end bays canted forward. Centre has brick nogged band. Windows have small-paned casements, centre has half-octagonal two-storey bays, ground floor entablatures, first floor panelled aprons and tile canopy. End bays have four-light canted bay windows, two-light windows above. Entrances have flat canopies, plank doors with leaded lights and flanking lights. Right return has projecting lateral stack to first bay, second gabled bay and third and 4th bays with first floor jettied on posts, gabled first floor windows; fifth bay recessed with gabled projecting end. Some strapwork to second bay, basket brick band to end bay. Left return similar, but without end bay. Five cross-axial stacks. Rear similar.
