3 houses. 1897-9. By Jonathan Simpson. Brick with some
plaster, tile roof. One storey with attic, 3 bays, 1st bay
with jettied gabled 1st floor, other bays with deep eaves
over bay windows and forming canopies to entrances.
Bressumer extends across facade. Windows have leaded
casements with roundels. Ground floor has 4-light
rectangular bay windows, the 1st 2 paired, 1st floor has 3-
light window to 1st bay and flat-topped roof dormer with
paired 4-light windows. Entrances have overlights and doors
with 2 flush panels. One stack in roof pitch and one gable-
end stack. Rainwater head dated 1897. Rear similar,
dormers, privies.
