2 storey brick building upon flint and stone base, which probably inforporates
No 20. Mid C18. Tiled roof. Brick modillion eaves gutter. Segmental arches
over all windows and door. 5 box sashes all complete with glazing bars. 6-panel
door with the 4 upper panels glazed.

Nos 2 to 18 (even) and No 22 with Nos 3 to 11 (odd) Guildcourt Lane and with Nos 28 to
36 (even) Delf Street form a group.
