Large late Cl8 or early C19 house now divided into 2. 2 storeys. 6
windows. Red brick. Hipped tiled roof. Glazing bars intact. The
original doorway of the house is in the part called The Lawn. This
has pilasters and projecting cornice supported on bracketry The
West front of the house has 2 bay windows on tile ground floor.
Originally the house belonged to the houseGunpowder works.
