GV II

House. Early-to-mid C19. Red brick with occasional grey
headers in Flemish bond. Plain tile roof. Double depth.
2 storeys, with dentilled brick eaves cornice. Hipped roof,
hips returning. Irregular fenestration of 2 recessed 16-pane
sashes. No central window. Ground and first-floor windows
have rubbed brick voussoirs. Central panelled door with 2 top
lights under flat bracketted hood. Right gable end has canted
ground-floor bay window towards rear with sash window on first
floor above, both with blind boxes. Interior not inspected.
