GV II

Farmhouse. C17. Timber framed. Ground floor painted brick, exposed
framing with rendered infilling to first floor. First floor of left
gable end weatherboarded. Plain tile roof. 2 storeys. First floor
close-studded, with thin-scantling studs. Ogee tension brace to left end,
and concave tension brace to left end of right bay. Principal posts
divide facade into 2 timber-framed bays (that to right subdivided), and
narrow central bay. Steeply-pitched roof, hipped to left, half-hipped to
right, with gablets. Multiple brick stack slightly to left of centre.
Irregular fenestration of 2 small 3-light casements. Boarded door under
stack. Lean-to to right. Interior not inspected.
