House, now offices. Mid-late C18, refenestrated and porch added mid C19. Brick, Flemish bond, double span slate
roofs, coped verges, brick stacks gable ends. Plan: parallel range. 2 storeys plus attic, 5 bays; 2 hipped dormer
set in roof space with 4-pane sash windows, brick voussoirs to square headed window openings, sashes without glazing
bars, central flat roofed ashlar Bath stone porch, C20 glazed double doors. Left, one bay flat roofed addition with
similar fenestration apparently rebuilt, right blind window in similar wing originally with swept down coping now built
up; segmental headed window openings lighting gable ends. Forecourt walls: brick, Flemish bond, with remains of
pilaster strips right, left wall altered, gatepiers right fronting road, Bath stone dressings, flat topped, moulded
cornice with moulded plinth, wall swept down to about 1.5 metres and swept up to single pier at North end of
forecourt.
