House. now offices. Early C19. Rendered, double span hipped slate roof, bitumen covered slate, decorative brackets,
brick stacks left and right. Plan: double pile. Two storeys, 3 bays; first floor 12 pane sash windows, ground floor
16-pane sash windows in segmental headed recesses flanking Cl9 wooden glazed porch with segmental headed opening, inner
double doors, panelled with fanlight. Single storey hipped one bay pavilion attached left, right return hipped lead
roofed canted bay with 12-pane sash window, 16-pane sash window above. Interior not seen.
