3 storeys, roughcast front with coved cornice. Probably a C17 structure which
originally had 2 oriel windows to each upper floor. These are now bays with
C18 sashes. Ground floor has simple but unaltered early C19 shop front with
2 doorways and original glazing bars to windows.

Town Hall, Offices of Wellington Weekly News and Nos 1 to 5 (odd) form a group
with Nos 4 and 5 Cornhill.
