GV II

House. C18 with early C19 alterations. Flemish bond brickwork, rusticated dressed stone quoins, first floor band, wide
bracketed eaves, double Roman tile roof. Two storeys, 3 bays, 16-pane sash windows, brick voussoirs, except 2-light
casement with glazing bars to centre of first floor. Central half-glazed door, flat hood on brackets.
