GV II

House. C17, core may be earlier. Coursed and squared rubble, double Roman tile roof with ridge at right angles to
frontage, asymmetrical eaves height. Single storey and attic, single bay, 3-light hollow moulded stone mullioned window
to first floor, iron stanchions, leaded lights, stopped label, large weathered sill; half glazed French windows to
ground floor, cement surround. Door opening to right, ribbed and studded door, reconstituted stone hood on brackets.
Inside the evidence of a former timber framed wing; chamfered ceiling beams. (VAG report, unpublished SRO, March 1973).
