Cottage, now studio. Probably C17l. Part rendered on a rubble core, thatch, large glazed panel inset into roof at rear,
brick end stack. Two storeys, 2 bays, small 2-light wood casements, some C17 with central mullions, some leaded lights,
remainder C19. Central door opening, plank door. Single-storeyed lean-to to left.
