Mid/late C19 row of 4 buildings. Squared random rubble red sandstone, stone dressings.
Slate roofs with ridge tiles. Two-storeys plus attics. Nos 7 and 8 three windows,
paired sashes with semi-circular heads, dressed stone reveals, voussoirs and keystones.
Bracketted eaves. Three gable dormer windows, centre window with semi-circular arched
roof. Quoins stones. Contemporary shop fronts with moulded stone pilasters, 4-lights
with semi-circular heads divided by shafts with leaf capitals and carved spandrels.
Plain doorways to left-hand side of shop front. Nos 9 and 10 with 3 semi-circular dormer
windows partly set in raised front stone wall. Dormers have stone surrounds to
casement windows with traceried fanlights. Moulded stone cornice. Three paired
sash windows at first floor as Nos 7 and 8. Modern shop fronts.
