House, C18 facade on 2 earlier cottages. Roughcast over random rubble, pantiled roofs, steeply pitched right 2 bays
with brick stacks at gable ends, shallow pitch left two bays with coped verges to left, projecting forward slightly,
parapet with cavetto moulded cornice, damaged at time of survey, (September 1983). 2 storeys 2:2 bays; 12 pane sash
windows, entrance between first and second bays right, limestone pediment carried on console brackets with flat jambs
decorated with incised circular motif, 6 panel raised and fielded door. Single storey pantiled addition to right with
scurved wall, containing only a 6 panel raised and fielded door with brick surround and keystone. Long wing at rear.
