Cottage, one of a row of 10. Probably late C18. Local stone rubble; thatch; brick chimney stack. 2 storeys, 2 bays.
Leaded 2-light casement windows with segmental arch to lower; natural stone and thatch porch to bay 1. Interior not
seen. Front boundary wall rubble stonework 1.2 metres high, important to setting of house and row. (No 7-10 of
different build, using greyer stones and with increased room height).
