5/6 Large barn to north of Ashworth Fold Farmhouse. (formerly listed as Large barn to north 15.12.1967 of group)

Barn and adjoining buildings. C18. Coursed watershot stone dressings and slate and stone slate roofs; the rear and end ranges are of brick buildings. Two parallel ranges of the front in stone the rear in brick with a brick addition to the left. A segmental headed cart entry is approximately central, with stone voussoirs and herringbone patterned keystone (now bricked up). To the right is a semi circular headed barn door with a blocked up door to its left and square pitching doors to hay lofts on the left and right. To the left is a door with square-cut lintel and 3-piece jambs with windows to either side. To the extreme left a 2- bay 2-storey extension which has 2 cart entries with timber lintels brick relieving arches and square window openings above. There is an owl hole to the right gable.
