C18 or early Cl9. Rendered. Hipped and sprocketed pantile roof. Two storeys.
Brackets to gutter. Two ranges of cased sashes to Magdalen Gate, 2 to Souttergate,
and one on chamfered corner. Ground floor windows given moulded stucco heads
with keystones and hood moulds in mid or late C19 on Magdalen Gate side, and
recently replaced on Souttergate side. Worn down limestone mounting block
on corner, allegedly from St Nicholas' Church.
