Formerly a chapel. Early C19. Two storeys in pale brick with hipped Welsh slate roof. Classical style. Two full-height brick pilasters with stone caps and entablature. Three windows in battered shouldered stone surrounds, single glazed light. Brick band between storeys. Two windows to ground floor. Two foot scrapers flank battered shouldered stone doorway with pediment on scroll consoles. Door of eight-fielded panels.

Warehouse occupied by Haven Engineering, Former Nelthorpe Arms Public House, Nos 3, 4A, 5 and 6 form a group with The Old Chapel.
