Terrace. of C18 cottages, restored earlier C19. Red brick with low pitched
slate roof, eaves soffit.
No 4: 2 storeys, 5 windows. Gauged, segmental, brick arches to sash windows
with glazing bars in flush, box frames. Door has panelled cornice hood on
curved brackets, cornice head and decorative fanlight. Right hand bay
appears to be a reproduction.
No 6: 2 storeys, 2 windows, features exactly as No 4 but with earlier
C19 door.
No 8: 2 storeys, irregular. 0n 1st floor 2 mid-C19 windows at left,
with stone cills and margin lights under gauged, brick arches. One similar
window on ground floor. 1st floor centre window a 3-light C19 casement
under inserted, heavy, red brick arch with keystone and ovolo moulding
above. Door beneath has heavy cornice hood on curved brackets. Right
hand windows on 1st and ground floors are recessed sashes with glazing
bars in box frames under gauged, segmental brick arches and with inserted
stone cills.

Nos 4 to 8 (even) form a group.
