House. C16, altered in C17 and late C18. Timber frame plastered but exposed at south end (remains of pargetting in middle of front).Jetty of south wing underbuilt in brick and north wing cased in brick. Brick painted. Steep old red tile hipped roofs.

A long irregular late medieval building facing west. Two storeys, three-unit plan with large central chimney a third from north end. Another central chimney at southeast exposed where a rear wing has been shortened. Unusually wide south wing and narrow middle room. Four windows to west front. A two-light and a three-light leaded casement windows to plastered first floor of south wing and two flush box sash windows in brickwork below with ten/ten panes and six-panel flush beaded door in moulded surround with flat hood adjoining the right hand window. Black stucco plinth. North wing faced in brick with floor band and dentilled eaves with a two-light leaded casement to each floor, the lower with deep segmental arch. Three-light leaded casement in pargetted centre over lean-to tiled enclosed porch with four-light leaded window by battened door.
