House. Early-mid C17. Timber framed. Modern plastered exterior.
Plain tile roof. L shape. Original house front. 2 bays. Lobby
entrance plan. 2 storeys. Large red brick chimney stack to ridge
with square base and 4 diagonal and square set joined shafts. 3
twin casements with 1 glazing bar to front. Flush panel central
door recessed in moulded frame. Early C18 moulded wooden eaves
cornice. Hearths with chamfered beads either side of lobby
entrance. (Hatfield W.E.A., p.17).
