S of gate, alongside road. Late C19 and early C20. Tudor Gothic style.
Yellow brick, stone dressings slate roof. 2 storeys and attics. 3- and
2-light flat-headed mullioned and transomed windows to road, canted apse on S.
N entrance side with 3 pairs of Tudor lights and 1-window E extension with
flat-arched door and canted stair turret, probably early C20. Modillioned
cornice on E side. Included for group value.
