House. Largely early C19, probably with earlier origins. Sandstone
rubble, sandstone dressings, dentilled brick eaves cornice, Welsh slate
roof, projecting sandstone rubble end stacks with brick shafts. Three
storeys. Three windows, ground and first storey under segmental heads,
early C19 small-paned iron casements to ground floor, two tripartite
sashes to first floor, one either side of obscured diminished centre
opening, 2-light mid-C20 casements to second floor, central entry in
mid-C20 gabled brick porch. A prominent building in the centre of the
village of St Weonards by virtue of its position and relative height.
