Original function uncertain now garage and workshop, possibly formerly house.
C17. Timber-framed with part brick infill and refaced to west, weatherboard
cladding, corrugated metal roof. Two framed bays aligned north/south obscured
by later lean-to to west, present entrance in north gable end. Framing: largely
complete, three panels from sill to wall-plate; trusses: two struts to collar
and V-struts at apex. (RCHM, Vol II, p 3, item 5).
