Early C19. Two storeys, stuccoed, with wide eaves and hipped slate roof with brick stacks. Three windows, hung sashes with glazing bars. Band between storeys. Two windows to ground floor and columned porch with entablature and cornice. Pilasters to wall. Panelled door, rectangular fanlight.
