SO 35 NE DILWYN CP LUNTLEY

Farmhouse. Early C17, extended late C17 with some late C20 alterations.
Timber-frame with painted brick infill on a rubble plinth under a machine-
tile roof. Four framed bays aligned east/west, the western bay added in
the late C17. Gable-end stack to east of rubble with brick shaft. South
front of one storey with attic lit by three gabled dormers and a 2-light
casement under the eaves to left of centre. Ground floor has three windows,
a 2-light casement to the left and two 3-light casements. There is a contin-
uous plank weathering. Entrance to left of centre has a triangular canopy on
shaped wooden. brackets. The door is of six panels, the upper two glazed, the
others raised and fielded. Framing: three square panels high with straight
angle braces, originally jettied on east gable.
