Barn. Mid-C19. Brick with plain tiled roof. Six bays with wagon bays
and opposed cart entries with cambered headed archways in the second and
fourth bays from the east gable end; walls adjacent to wagon bays and at
east gable end have courses of alternate header ventilation patterns;
west end bay facing road has a low archway with cambered head and two
2-light casements above with cambered heads; at the west gable end is a
flight of brick and sandstone steps leading to a ledged and battened
door with cambered head and above the door is a blue brick diaper in
the apex, and an owl hole. Interior: roof has board ridge, double row
of trenched purlins and truncated collar-and-tie-beam trusses with queen
struts.
