Corner of Springhead Road and Dover Road. 18th Century inn of 2 storeys and attic,
framed in softwood. North facade: ground floor rendered, first floor weatherboarded;
bay containing 3-light sash windows on ground and first floors; 2 flat sash windows
with glazing bars to each floor; 2 modern doors. West and south facades: late 19th or
20th century alterations, ground floor rendered, first floor mock timbered. Wooden
gabled porches added. Hipped, tiled roof with 2 gabled, tiled dormers on west slope.
