Once three or four houses, now a shop and an office. Of earlier origin as two units
(still separate), and refronted, the junction between different styles overlapping
into Vivian. The south side has brickwork of blue headers with red flush quoins
and rubbed flat arches, and a parapet: the north side (set back slightly) is red
brickwork in Flemish bond with rubbed flat arches, the ground-floor features having
been altered. Continuous tile roof. South east elevation of two storeys, 4.2
windows. Sashes. The south side has a double-fronted shopfront, the centre of
Vivian has an early C19 double-fronted shopfront, with a central doorway between
small bays (each of 18 panes) on brackets. The two other ground-floor windows
fill former door openings. The interior of Vivian has rooms partly within the
Blunden facade.
