House and shop. C18, refronted early C19. Stucco, with a tile roof. Two storeys, one window. Coping stone to parapet, and a moulded band supported on coupled deep-scroll brackets. French casements to the first floor, small flat-roofed dormer. C19 shop front, being a shallow rectangular bay of four-lights, with a moulded cornice continued above the doorway on deep ornamental brackets, half-glazed door.
