Police station. Mid C19. Brick, Roman cement, slate roof. 2 storey, 3 x 2 bay.
Front has to centre and RH of centre pair of doorways with 2 top-glazed doors
in doorcase of plain pilasters and entablature over both. to LH 9-pane sash, to
RH double 6-pane sash. All windows in plain architraves with raised key and
brackets to sill. 1st floor raised band inscribed 'County Police Station'.
3 wide 6-pane sashes on 1st floor. Wide flat boxed eaves. Hipped roof, stack
on LH hip.
