Barn and attached cottage. Early C18 and C19. Brick barn and cottage,
added bay timber-frame weatherboarded, plain tile roof. 5 bay barn, set
back at one end 2 storey, 2 bay cottage, at other added stable bay. Road
front has central hipped porch, end weatherboarded. LH bays have lean-to
infront. At LH end cottage of central C20 timber porch, and 2-light
casements. At RH end stable bay with lean-to on end. Roof half-hipped.
Stack over LH bay and on end of cottage. Inside roof form of queen-post,
with raking posts and small struts to lower purlins on large cambered
tiebeams.
