SZ 39 NW BOLDRE VICARS HILL

14/23 Vicars Hill Lodge

GV II

House. C18 refronted late C18/C19, extended C20. Red brick, yellow brick
refronting and tilehanging, slate and plain tile roofs. Refronted part 2 storey
and attic, to one end C18 2 storey 2 bay part and hipped end of C20 addition.
Entrance front has refronted part to RH with LH of centre 6-panel door under
Doric porch. 12-pane sashes under rubbed arches. Stone string below parapet.
On roof 3 pedimented 2-light dormers. End stacks and walls to LH C18 part has
C20 casement and 16-pane sash, similar sashes over. Stone string and parapet.
Large ridge stack between bays. Roof half-hipped on LH end.
