C18. Part possibly earlier. Red brick. Old tiled hipped roof in 2 parts, the
southern slightly lower, chimney at junction. 2 storeys. 4 windows, all except
one of lst floor windows (C19 casement) are sashes with boxed frames, cambered
head linings and glazing bars. Trellis porch. 6 panelled door, top 2 panels now
glazed.
Nos 162 to 174 (even), the street boundary wall at No 174, Nos 182 to 190 (even)
and No 196 form a group with Nos 169 to 175 (odd) the railings and gate at No 169
and the street boundary wall at No 171. (No 175 and No 196 are buildings of local
interest).
