Originally a small mediaeval hall house with cross wings at the east and west ends with jettied upper storeys. Two storeys with one storey and attic to the hall block. The windows are mainly C18-C19 double-hung sashes with glazing bars. Four-panel doors. Roofs tiled with a ridge chimney stack on the west wing and one dormer on the centre block. Graded for its particular group value.
