The description should be amended to read:

2 houses, mainly in 3 builds. Early to mid C19, with some alterations. No 1, stucco
rendered, formerly lined as ashlar, slate roof. Red brick internal end stacks.
Rusticated rendered quoins. 2 storeys. 4 window range, sashes with glazing bars
to ground floor, horned sashes to first floor, all beneath rendered hood moulds.
Doorcase of rendered pilasters supporting cornice on console brackets. 4-panel
door set back from doorcase. No 3, comprising block facing north, and attached
range to south.

North build: rendered, mansard slate roof, right hand internal gault brick stack.
2 storeys with attics. North facade. 2 bays. Blocked doorway, beneath semicircular
moulded hood. Sash with glazing bars beneath square hood. 2 first floor horned
sashes with glazing bars, beneath continuous hood which returns to right hand gable.
Moulded eaves cornice, also returning to gable wall. West, gable wall, 4 panel
door, flanked by small 6-pane window. Blocked window beneath hood to first and
ground floors. 6-pane window to gable above eaves. Attached refurbished range
to south. Rendered, shallow pitch slate roof. Squat red brick stack to rear.
2 storeys, 3 bays, that to left gabled. Ground floor, left canted bay into small-
paned sashes, central horned sash with glazing bars, right hand garage entrance.
3 let floor sashes with glazing bars, that to left original.

The brick warehouse block to east of No 1, is not of special interest and is not
covered by these descriptive notes.

An early C19 stuccoed building comprising 3 adjoining blocks with slate
roofs. A block to the south, facing west, has a gable at the north end.
A corner block has a mansard roof with stopped gables and a moulded eaves
cornice. A block extends to the east slightly set back on the front.
Two storeys. Four:two window range on the north front of double-hung
sashes with glazing bars and stucco hood moulds. The doorway has stucco
pilasters and a cornice on console brackets.
