(formerly listed as House owned by Mr L G Richardson 11 yards north of premises occupied by Cadge and Son, builders, LITTLE ST MARY'S (East Side))

A small C18 or early C19 timber-framed and plastered house, possibly with an earlier core. Two storeys. One window range, casements on the first storey with part old leaded light. The ground storey has a double-hung sash window with glazing bars. Six-panel door. Roof tiled (old tiles), with a central rectangular chimney stack.
