Formerly a house and butcher's shop, at the time of survey it was unoccupied. A C18 timber-framed and plastered house with a small C19 shop front with a flat canopy on wooden posts at the south-east end. A red brick wing extends to the north-east at the rear. Two storeys. Three window range, double-hung sashes with glazing bars. One six-panel door. Roofs tiled.
