Farmhouse. C16, in several phases. Timber framed with C20 textured render.
Pantiled roofs. 2 storeys, part also with attic. Main range in 2 sections,
that to the right lower and narrower; set forward at the junction of the 2
sections is an end-jettied wing, and against the left of this a C19 single-
storey painted brick lean-to addition. Windows mainly mid C20 casements; the
lean-to has C19 windows. C20 half-glazed door in gable end of front wing.
Main section has internal stack with C19 shaft. Main ground floor room has
good close studding. Front wing has solid arched braces to bridging beam and
tie beam (the latter cambered) and a queen-post roof.
