House, now restaurant. c.1830 with mid C19 extension. Yellow stock brick in Flemish bond, addition of Bargate rubblestone with red-brick dressings. Welsh slate roof. Three storeys, two bays, with two-storey rear addition. On right steps up to door of six raised and fielded panels with overlight having decorative radial glazing bars; doorcase has fluted attached columns and console brackets below bracketed hood; above, on each floor, a sash with glazing bars in reveal with gauged brick arch and projecting stone sill. Left bay has full-height canted bay window having sashes with glazing bars, stuccoed plinth scored as ashlar and recessed panels below upper windows. Eaves band. Hipped oversailing roof on paired modillion brackets.

Rear: addition has a sash with glazing bars under wedge lintel to each floor. Left return: front range has a tripartite window to first and second floors, with a twelve-pane sash flanked by four-pane sashes, and eaves detailing returned from front. Rear range has first-floor window as before on right, and on left a tall, narrow, wood-lintelled opening, now blocked.
