About 1825. 2 storeys. Stuccoed. Original house was later extended to the north
but has recently been reduced to an L-shaped free-startling block on the south and
converted to flats. Deep, bracketed eaves (reduced at rear ). Main (south) front
has bay of 3 windows (middle one originally a door), and a further single window.
Sashes with glazing bars throughout. Doorway in angle of L, with large rectangular
flat canopy supported by single column at corner. This house appears later in
date than it actually is. Attributed to John Shaw the younger.
