(Marked on map as Westmead Farm). Higher front than 'Applegarth. 2 parallel
ranges., Red tiled roofs. Front range late C18-early C19. Small dentilled
eaves cornice. Painted brick. Sash windows in shallow reveals in flat
arches; painted brick voussoirs; glazing bars missing. Door with rect-
angular fanlight over it and painted brick voussoir. .
