One building. Goodwood Estate Numbers. Probably C17. One storey and
attic. Plain tile roof hipped on north and descending low to rear over
outshuts in no 71 and part of no 70. Flint walls with red brick dressings
and quoins. Four window front, and one gabled and one flat-roofed modern
dormer; modern casements. Inside, south and middle ground floor rooms with
stopped and chamfered beam on north-south axis and joists; fireplaces,
middle room fireplace with wood bressumer and probably C17 timber framed
north partition wall. North ground floor room with heavy chamfered beam on
E-W axis with joists and with portion of clunch walling with brick lacing
courses to rear.
