Two identical blocks of two cottages each. Formerly cottages of the Goodwood
Estate of the type known locally as the Dukery type. Two storeys. Four
windows to each block. Faced with coursed flints with dressings, quoins,
stringcourse and dripstones over the windows of red brick and grey headers.
Tiled roofs. Casement windows. The outer window-bays project with gables
over.
