GV II

Village house. Late C18. Stucco or render on probable rubble;
rag slate hipped roofs with rendered axial stacks.
Double-depth plan with separately roofed service wing on left.
2 storeys; overall 5-window range. Probably original or early
C19 hornless sashes with glazing bars. Ground floor has large
C20 conservatory towards right in front of symmetrical
3-window front with round-headed central doorway with original
6-panel door with fielded panels and spoked fanlight. Rear has
original sashes including round-arched stair sash with
fanlight head. INTERIOR not inspected but likely to be of
interest.
