House. Early C19. Whitewashed brick. Slate roof; brick chimney. 2-unit plan. 3
storeys; one-window range. Main facade is end wall facing High Street. Late C20
two storey canted bay. Second floor has C19 casement; all casements with glazing
bars. Roof hidden by castellated parapet, partly rebuilt late C20. Entrance on
Butter Street front: late C20 six-panelled door. Moulded wood doorcase has
consoles with lions heads, and pediment. No windows. To churchyard: 2-window
range, with casements and brick segmental arches. Interior not inspected.
Important position at edge of churchyard. Included for group value.
